1. Final Sales (No Returns or Refunds)
All sales made on our website are final. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain competitive prices, high hygiene standards, and strict quality control, we do not accept returns or exchanges, nor do we offer refunds, once the order has been processed or shipped.
By completing and confirming your purchase on our website, you explicitly acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed the product details and variants (color, size, specifications) and agree to the terms of this final sale policy.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We understand that unforeseen issues can occur during shipping. In the exceptional event that you receive a product that arrives visibly damaged, broken, or with a serious manufacturing defect, we will handle your case as follows:
Notification period: You must contact us at gabrielcostin1200@yahoo.com within 24 hours of the package's recorded delivery. Claims made after this period will not be processed.
Claim requirements: You must send an email to our customer service team including:
Order number.
Full name and contact details.
Clear photograph(s) and/or video clearly showing the damage or defect, as well as the original packaging and shipping label.
Resolution: Once the submitted evidence has been reviewed and approved, we will proceed solely by sending a replacement product at no additional cost. Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be issued.
3. Order Cancellation or Modification
Once an order has been placed and processed in our system, it automatically enters the preparation stage for immediate shipment; therefore, cancellations or modifications to order details cannot be made.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address or Unclaimed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or errors made by the customer when entering shipping details. Likewise, if a package is returned because the customer was not at the delivery address or failed to collect it from the relevant post office, the customer shall bear the cost of re-shipment.
